Art After School Winter-Spring 2026

Art After School returns, starting January 26th.

Two sessions, $150 for 6 weeks each

Session 1: January 26, 2026 - March 12th
No classes the week of Presidents Day (Feb. 16th)

Session 2: March 23 - April 30th
No classes the week of Spring Break (March 30th)

Mondays, Grades 3-5: In this Art Class students will learn more about line and drawing techniques with a heavy focus on dimension and perspective using two- and three-dimensional techniques. Using fun all kinds of different mediums to engage in Color Theory. At the craft table we will measure and construct a mobile, weave our own flag wall hanging and lastly create found object sculpture.

Tuesdays, Kindergarten - 2nd Grade: In this Art Class children learn all about lines, shapes, and forms. We will create a three-dimensional drawing using two-dimensional perspective. This class focuses on one project start to finish each time they come to class. The students learn about the basic materials one finds in an art classroom. From paint brushes, drawing pencils, wire, clay, scissors, glue, and lots of painting!

Thursdays, Grades 4-6: This class is for the serious young artist. We will focus on a project a week that align with the concept of dimension, perspective, and gradient. By studying these concepts used by famous artists throughout history students develop a better understanding of process and execution of craftsmanship.
